18th century Italian
rim of base stamped thrice with town mark only, Naples second quarter of 18th century, the silver winged cherub with up-swept arms and wearing a sash and robe around his waist, he stands on a gilt-copper globe engraved with star motifs and the whole terminates in an oval and socle decorated with flutes and scrolls, with gilt-copper scroll embellished bracket supports, wood lining to base
